If you need to exchange or return your order for whatever reason, you have a 72-hours window to do so and we’re here to help!
We only offer exchange with a product of equal value or you can return for coupons of same value that can be used for another purchase on our online store.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts/quantity for reasons of your use and not due to our error will not be accepted for exchange or refund-coupon.
Any item that is returned more than 72-hours after delivery will not be accepted
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your product exchange or refund-coupon will be processed, and an email will be sent to that effect within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund-coupon, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund-coupon.
